Ken and Heidi are professional and run a great small business. I was referred to them by a co-worker who like me has travertine in their home. I had some major stains on the tile (which is very porous) and I couldn't get the stain out. I have travertine in my kitchen, entry, front bath, and my fireplaces. They needed to be cleaned and buffed out. I called American Tile for a quote and they came out and gave me one. Ken came to work ready to tackle the job and the major stain and some chips in the travertine. Ken wasn't sure if he could get the stain out (white vinegar had spilled and stained it), but he said he would try. Well, Ken did get the stain out and filled up the chips in the travertine, and my entire kitchen, entry, bathroom, and fireplaces look brand new. In fact, better than when we first moved in, they were never sealed or buffed. They are beautiful!!! Great job, very professional and so happy!! I recommend American Tile if you are looking for someone that takes great pride in the jobs they do, don't hesitate to call them.

I can’t get over my floors!! They look like as good as when we built our house 18 years ago. Second time with the company and could not be happier. They take great care in protecting any adjoining walls cabinets and carpet. We had the gloss coating and the grout painted. Looks like a new floor and is so easy to clean. You will not be sorry if you use this couple.

After moving to my 12 year old house I noticed that the tile and grout just didn't look clean, no matter how I cleaned it. I decided to bring in the big guns and so happy I did. Ken and Heidi are truly professionals in their cleaning, sealing and restoring of my tile floors and grout. There is a lot of tile in my house downstairs and in the upstairs bathrooms and laundry room. Upstairs just need a good cleaning and sealing but the downstairs needed a bit more work. After the cleaning was completed, I could see some staining on the old grout in the kitchen area. Ken said this is quite common in a kitchen area to have staining on the grout since the grout is the "Gutter", everything collects there. After discussing what can be done, I decided to have the entire grout re-colored on my main floor. I am so very happy with the results!!!

We recently moved in to a house that is 16 years old. My guess is the tile floors had never been cleaned. Both Ken and Heidi are easy to work with and very professional. My floors look great and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend their service and would use them again.
