  • Do you move furniture?

    We do not move furniture, because we are such a small business, we don’t have the manpower. If you have bigger pieces that need to be moved, Ken will be more than happy to help with moving when he arrives.

  • Do you steam clean?

    No, we use a newer technology of equipment that has pressure heated water controlled in a dome, and has a 3 stage vacuum system. This system cleans, extracts dirt, grime, and bacteria from your tile and grout in one step!!

  • Do you seal?

    Yes, we seal grout on man-made tile and we seal all different types of natural stone.

  • Can I change the color of my grout & tile?

    We do have what is called a “colorant” or “stain” for your grout lines, to completely change the look of your surface or if your grout lines have been permanently stained from not being sealed from installation. This product is also a sealer. But we do not have anything that will change the color of your tiles.

  • Do you do natural stone polishing?

    Yes, if your stone has lost its shine or has light scratches and blemishes we can polish those out. We can also get deeper etches out with the honing process.

  • What type of areas do you clean?

    We clean counter tops, floors, and showers. Indoor & outdoor areas.

  • Do you only do residential?

    No, we do commercial as well as residential.

  • Can you get pet odors out of grout and/or natural stone?

    Yes, we use an environmental friendly & natural stone safe product to remove pet odors from any hard surface.

  • Are your estimates free?

    Virtual Estimates are free, and in home estimates are $25. If you choose to book our services, we will credit the $25 back to you at the time of booking!

  • Do you take credit cards?

    Yes, we take all major credit cards. Do know that when you receive your estimate, that estimate reflects our check/cash discount price. If you use a credit card it is 4% more.


  • Are you Licensed?

    Ken does have his contractor’s license for sealing and for natural stone restoration. With that we are also insured, bonded, and back ground checked.
